Obaproof Skim coat 168 finish is a high quality cement based plaster specially developed to patch up undesirable holes or surface uneveness in wall and celing giving them a fine and smooth finish. It is normally used as a finish coat over obaproof skim coat 165 base. as it is whiter, it can be treated as a base coat for painting works.
